Comics Which Team of X-Characters would guarantee you wouldn’t buy the book?

I think I could probably deal with any team so long as it made cohesive sense story-wise for having put together and the writer did a good job with them.

Characters don't scare me away. Writers do.

I'm more inclined to agree with The Bastard:

a) because he's right, writers make bad books. Not characters
b) we're genetically hardwired to agree with each other

HOWEVER!

A book consisting of Wolverine, Rogue, Storm, Warpath, Emma Frost, and Jubilee would definitely get read last when I get my books on Wednesday

Storm is a great leader and a great character like all the characters listed, but all those *****es and know it alls on one team would drive Ororo insane.

Oh, and regarding the actual question, I'd say anything with Sage or Monet gets instant major penalty points.

I'd say the current X-Factor qualifies. Hate Monet, don't care for anyone else in it. Every other x-book at least as someone I sort of like.

Oh, and I suppose I'd stay the hell away from a book with Jean/Kitty/Storm in the same team. Not that it's gonna happen (mwahahaha), but the Sue factor is just sick.

Dunno. Don't dislike the guy or come anywhere close to that. Just can't say I really care.

But I'd have to say he's the one I sort-of like the most and by far in that book.
