White officer kills black man in Savannah, GA. Social media reports he was handcuffed

There are unconfirmed reports that the man was shot after being placed in handcuffs! If true, this could get very ugly

There isn't a whole lot of information I saw, but it's picking up steam on social media pretty quick. I hope an officer wouldn't have shot a man in handcuffs. GEEZ

One would have to seriously turn a blind eye to actual real world context to understand why Ferguson erupted and was a tinderbox from the start and how it differs from this case in Utah, especially since, ya know, in Missouri the cop did not have on a camera to clearly show what happened. And... It appears that's just what you and the right wing echo chamber have actually done, AGAIN. What's worse, you're using this man's death in Utah in some tit-for-tat racial points game which as always, you all ever deny should be played in the first place.

In this particular case the guy was shot while wearing handcuffs. Yes he did kick out the glass of the police car in attempt to escape, but was shooting necessary? If the report released is accurate and the cops missed the pat down and he had a gun on him, how was he gonna shoot it while handcuffed
