She could probably take out Doc Ock fairly easily. One of the things that writers seem to have forgotten about is that she can control her plasmoids even after she has released them. This means that if someone dodges her blast she can make it turn around and come back and even chase them. Anyone who isn't superfast or invulnerable is a possibility.

Slapstick would own Jubilee. Same goes for Meltdown/Boom Boom.
