Raimi or Webb Spiderman? This is for fun guys not to be taking to seriously.

Not exactly sure I understand the question. Do you mean which Spider-Man will be stronger? It's hard to tell really, I mean their strength is probably the same.

Just asking out of the two interpretations the one people think will be stronger, going from the teaser Webb Spidey seems to incorporate a more parkour style acrobatic as opposed to Raimi Super super gymanast style.

Raimi's Spider-Man was pretty tough. The whole train scene in Spider-Man 2 was a grand display of power.

I think the thread should be started after we all watch TAS. I know this is for fun, but I'm also afraid soon or later this will turn into a battlefield for fans, thus I am not going to support such idea. There is no need for wars, when we can like both versions and stay respectful of others' choices.

It's way too early to tell at all. Right now, I'd say Raimi's Spider-Man.

Raimi's Spiderman’s strength was really inconsistent throughout the movies...
(which was basically whatever the scene called for)

so, I just hope they find a good balance this time around, establish a reasonable strength level for him and keep to it...
(now, I am not saying it has to be an uber-realistic level, or anything like that, just say, once they set the bar of what his strength level is, stick to it)

Emotionally...? Physically...?

Which one?

Physically? The same.

Emotionally? Hmm... this Spider-Man seems to be a little younger, so I'd say Raimi's.

Both Spidey's started out the first film in high school, so not really.

THIS

Seriously, He stopped a train but failed to knock out doc-ok with a single punch (and he did punch him in the face a lot).

It's not like we have a specific level of strenght to work with.

It's too early to tell but you're already putting in your vote for Raimi? Lol, of course it's Raimi now since we haven't seen anything to prove us wrong yet, but your post was a major contradiction.

Want to know the honest truth, lol? The hype was lagging.....bad when I posted. I had edited my post to end it with "But there's really no way of knowing right now", but the hype kept lagging and after I clicked save, it just kept loading and loading, so I just logged off, lol.

I had to edit my posts non-stop in the game threads today, so I know what you mean.

Right now, Raimi.

But who knows! (500) Days of Summer was a great movie!

isn't that pretty much true for all heroes?? lol

Well like the others said its a bit early to call, but Raimi's Spidey did some pretty incredible stuff in the three movies. A Few examples.

Holding an entire carriage full of students and teachers with ONE hand.
Stopping a runaway train with just his two hands and some webs.
Lifting up the wall that had fallen on top of him and MJ

So based on those feats I would imagine would be the most powerful one. But I agree with Spider-Fan83, Spidey's strength was pretty inconsistent throughout the trilogy.
