I know at least two people that aren't going.
One of which doesn't like Spider-Man or any super heros. :cmad: :down

It's Avi's fault. He pushed Sam and now it beame jam packed!

yes i tried to get my friend and her boyfriend to come along but they weren't having any of it- her boyfriend doesn't have the time but she really dislikes spiderman

who cares what some girlfriend thinks. see it if you want don't see it if you don't want....

Why are people blaming Arad...he didn't write nor direct this movie. I wonder how you people will react if we were to get a sinister 6 movie, if having 3 villains is jam packed?:whatever: :o

Had been planning to take two of my close friends to see it since SM2. They had pretty much agreed way back then. One went, but the other was put off by all the hype. As far as comics go, both have a moderate, but fair opinion of them.

A few people in some of my classes I'm pretty sure wont see it. I know a few people that are like "OMG, Im not some comic nerd!!!1!!1!!!1!!1!" or something dumb like that.

My mother is a teacher of 5th grade, she told me many of the girls in her class said they didn't want to see Spider-Man 3 but all the boys said they've already seen it. :D

I loved the movie enough to see it twice, and might see it a third time. I don't know of anyone who says they won't see it at all but I'm sure there are plenty who'll wait until the DVD is released to check it out. It's a bit different from the comics, but the comics spanned decades. I think it's pretty ridiculous that so many people get angry at how the movie was done just because a few things were changed around.

Meh, my dad seemed interested in seeing Spider-Man 3. I showed him the trailers on the comp, and the crane accident scene; and when Spidey slipped through that crane opening w/wowing sfx, he was like "Whoa!!" When Bryce Howard was on Letterman a week or so later, the same clip showed up, he went "Whoa!!"...again; and I'm like "Dad, I showed you this clip before, were you surprised again?"...and he's like "No, this is the most expensive movie ever made"...yeahhh. But anyway, he even wrote the opening date in his calendar/schedule, and he's still hasn't seen it yet. I'd go with him if he asked, but no.

Some of my coworkers, mostly in their 40s & 50s, still think comic book movies are a little childish. I've argued this point with them on many occasions but I don't think most of them will be buying SM3 tix.
