I get my news from various sources, but primarily from the Internet. I have ascertained certain interesting caveats of knowledge from the Hype Boards, however.

I do think it is in a person's best interests to be cognizant of current events. It is rather undignified to attend various social gatherings, and be rather uninformed of what is going on in the world. It lacks a certain social elegance that can be equated with intelligence.

I admit i get most of my news from the hype, bah

Other, I listen to the morning news first on 104.5 CHUM FM then watch some on City T.V. (Toronto's news station) before I go to work. (Mostly for traffic and weather, but you also have to listen to the "current events" portion)

Yeah same. I don't really pay much attention unless its a story other then another person being murdered, which is usually all you here on the news in NYC.
