Where are the favorites stored? I wanna format my pc and cant find the folder so I back them up.

I tried installing a few versions of Firefox for Windows on my Intel PowerMac Pro. V2.0 didn't work at all, and V1.5.0.2 (which was supposedly optimized for IntelMacs) is very slow and unresponsive. I don't really do much web stuff in Windows anyway, so it's not a big deal...although Explorer is a pain in the ass!

I run firefox on my macbook no problem. It's slower then the Windows version, but still works fine for me.

And I agree, almost anything is better than IE.

Yeah. I had some quirks here and there when I was using Firefox in OS X a year or so ago, so I switched to Safari, and it runs fine.

If you goto bookmarks, optimise bookmarks, then file you can export them all into a folder where ever you like

Once Safari starts supporting tabs (which I think happens in Leopard), I'll start using it again.
