For me it's

Amy Adams as Lois Lane,

Laurence Fishburn as Perry White

Jessie Einsenberg as Lex Luthor

Ezra Miller Barry Allen

Diane Lane as Martha Kent

This is my first thread and I am new around here so do apologise if there is a similair thread, I also apologise if I am violating any rules as I am not trying to incite hate and if anyone feels this thread is redundant then I am happy for it to be closed. I just want to see if people generally feel the same way about the castings as I do.

Zack Snyder as director?

Honestly, I thought that's what most people thought they did right in this movie, haha.

Only one I'm not a fan of is Jesse Eisenberg... But he's playing Lex Luthor Jr... so it is what it is. Bring in Bryan Cranston as his daddy, the real Lex, all is good.

Not sure how you judged Ezra's Flash already. We only see him for a few seconds. Is it just the way he looks? (Long hair/pencil beard) I kinda dig a long haired Flash... but he already cut it for JL.

Yeah it's from the flashback scene with the ponytail, and he looks nothing like how I envision Barry Allen. For crying out loud will someone give Barry his blonde locks please.

I'd say Eisenberg but considering what they asked him to do in this film I don't think he was that bad for the role they wrote for him.

I can't see the shrewd businessman Lex from the comics and animated series (which I wanted to see in the film) getting waist deep in Kryptonian fluid to create some hybrid organism like Doomsday. They were clearly going for a quirky, mad scientist, Lex and I think Eisenberg pulled this off well enough; it just wasn't the Lex I wanted to see

nobody.
i liked everyone in their roles. they just needed to be in a better movie. :whatever:

Not sure how you can consider ezra miller a miscast when he hasnt really done anything yet.

I'd say Eisenberg, but even I thought he could have been a better Lex with a better story/script.

I don't think Eisenberg is necessarily miscast, but neither the characterization or his performance as Lex Luthor are very good. If he just played it exactly like Zuckerberg in Social Netowrk, he would have been fine. It's similar to Spacey, who admittedly is a much better fit for a classic Lex Luthor, but was still let down by the material.

I think Eisenberg was well cast for this weird, zany version of Lex. I just didn't like that interpretation.

Um, I was so open and ready to like Eisenberg. But if I had to choose someone probably Lex.

I'm also open to the idea of a grown up sinister and serious Lex Sr. Whether that's Bryan Cranston or someone else. Or for that matter, if we see Eisenberg turn a 360 and become somber, scary Lex in the next one, I think he's got it in him.

Otherwise I'm pretty satisfied with the cast so far.

For me, Jessie as Mark Zuckerberg in the Social Network was a FAR better Lex Luthor than Jessie in BvS.

I expected cold and calculating, i got the Riddler with fancy hair instead. :o

i liked eisenberg as lex.

it's because he went full nic cage mode with the role.

and i'm a fan of nic cage. acting with no f***s given.

Lex Sr. definitely needs to show up. Bryan Cranston was in legit talks for the role, wasn't he? man... :csad:

Jesse Eisenbeg but if he didn't go over the top Amazing SpierMan villian he could be decent.

Rest of the cast is okay to great level casting.
