Why would they be fighting? I can't see why those characters (other than Wolverine vs Bishop) would end up in some knock-down, drag out fight.

That being said:

Storm vs Rogue... It depends on what powers Rogue has, but Storm probably would win.

Phoenix vs Marvel Girl... Again, it depends on what powers they have. Rachel as Phoenix beats Jean Grey as Marvel Girl. Rachel as Mother Askani beats Jean Grey. Jean Grey with the Phoenix Force vs Rachel Grey, Jean wins. Jean vs Rachel without any Phoenix Force involved, it's a draw.

Shadowcat vs Psylocke... Kitty's got those ninja skills and is intangible. 'Nuff said.

Wolverine vs Bishop... Wolverine.
