Stuff like this happens. Remember the infamous "they caught a ghost on film" rumor from 3 Men and a Baby. It actually ended up being a cardboard standee of Ted Danson. I am trying to thing of another movie they said they caught a gost in the movie, but it was a girl of one of the cast memebers standing outside the window of the set. The scene take place in a apartment that is supposed to be on the 13th floor with no balcony, but it was really shot on a set with a photo backing outside the sets windows of the city.
