Bane. I don't even care how predictable it is.
Bane would be awesome.
The last thing we need is yet another non-Latino Bane... plus no offense to him, but I just don't think Bautista is a good enough actor to pull off Bane.
Solomon Grundy is who he should play.
King Shark ?
He’d be the perfect Bane
As some of you have already said, Bane. He's got the physicality for it that's for sure.
Bane or King Shark. I'd be cool with either.
I'd vote in Bane. A physical brute, what more needs to be said? I'd rather they forego CGI and such for Batista, otherwise King Shark would be a candidate. Besides, I'd rather them keep King Shark for an Aquaman Sequel.
Bane. Everyday of the week and twice on Sunday.
Bane but I hope he would be able to pull off a Hardy like performance but that would be asking too much
Bane, but with a proper mask this time.
I was rewatching TDKR last night, and I hadn’t seen it in a while, and now I genuinely think it may be impossible to top Hardy’s Bane. Sure it wasn’t that comic accurate, but it was transcendent. That’s one of the greatest cinematic villains we’ve ever seen.
I wouldn’t go so far as to say Hardy’s Bane is nigh impossible to top. It’s certainly an... idiosyncratic performance but there’s a couple different takes that I could see someone like Bautista excelling at (Gunn (or whoever); take note of the opening scene of BR2049 for how to properly use the guy’s physical presence.)
