Who should direct The Punisher 2?

If only Guillermo Del Toro hadn't done Blade II and Hellboy

Del Toro could still do Punisher 2, but he's getting ready for Hellboy 2. I could see Robert Rodriguez doing the character justice. After I see 300, I may like Zack Snyder even more.
