Personally, he would be a better Joker replacement for Batman 3 to take Heath's place, but I think Joseph Gordon Levitt could play Peter Parker/Spiderman atleast better than Tobey Maguire for the next three Spiderman films, but that's just me.

I think they should keep Tobey simply for continuity's sake. If they take him out, the films might go further downhill. The third movie wasn't all that great and they have a chance to redeem themselves. They need to use that chance. Any cast shakeup would concern me with the other aspects of the film as well such as writing and I am worried that these may move from A movies to B movies...I hope they don't do anything stupid, and if they DO recast, they do it well.
