One of the most criticized aspects of this show was Kevin Michael Richardson's performance as the Joker. Now, KMR is an excellent voice actor (check out his recent performance as Tombstone on Spectacualr Spider-Man), but his voice just simply didn't fit for the Joker.

So, who do you think could have done a better job voicing this specific version of the Joker? And as memorable as Mark Hamill's performance as the Joker is, try looking for new VA's that have what it takes. Think outside the box.

These are some of the stupidest replies I've ever read. . .

I actually loved his joker voice, it could drop from very playful to incredibly intimidating withing the same sentence, you'd never know where you'd lie with him.

hamill's joker voice was always fairly playful it was his laugh that was more devious.

i loved his voice, it definitely went well with his look which i also adored (especially the straight jacket get up).

I liked this voice better when it became deep and creepy, rather than a high-pitched version of Hamill's. Watch "Strange Minds" or "The Laughing Bat" and see what I mean. KMR should've just done his own version, rather than imitate Hamill's.

I love the Joker's voice in The Batman. It was perfect for that version of the character.

exactly my thoughts. as awesome as mark hamill was, it really only fits the classic joker. mark hamill would've sounded really off coming from the new joker o_O

just because a certain voice is someone's all time favorite, doesn't make it the BEST choice for every single character design.
