Transformers Who wants the see the rumored stylized opening?

The one where the stars of the Paramount logo turn into the Autobot and Decepticon logo's...there was a rumor a while back that that was the case, but i haven't heard anything recent about it.

Man, I love that teaser trailer. It made the official teaser look downright stupid.

i don't see that. it's, visually, a well made fan-teaser, but it gives no insight on anything other than a Transformers movie coming out. the official teaser connected real events with a sci fi concept as well as establishing the premise that alien robots are coming to Earth. the fan-teaser had the autobot and decepticon symbols flying in front of the stars with a random jet that flies straight into a mountain (no real meaning).

i guarantee you that if you showed both of those teasers in a theater, more people would react positively towards the official teaser than the fanmade one.

Anybody who knew Transformers or probably just grew up in the 80's would get it. It's not a jet, it's the Ark crashing into the mountain.
But, yeah.. it doesn't say very much. I don't think the official one said anything either... it could have been a teaser for Red Planet or Mission to Mars.

i totally love that fanmade teaser trailer, it's so awesome. but you'd only really get it if you've seen the original show, it's the ark crashing to earth, and yes, i'd like to see a new opening for the movie

i could go for that for sure... kind of like the charlie's angel's opening, zooming past the torch lady, into the clouds, then boom! on with the movie... or like serenity's opening with the universal logo turning into earth without stopping the movie. it's a great way to keep momentum going.
