the joker was responsible for the death of bruce's parents
and after beating the crap out of him batman killed the joker

NOW on the marvel side

The kingpin killed matt's father
After their fight however
DD has a chance to kill him but doesn't

Both heroes walked the same path


I believe Daredevil was right by not killing kingpin
so what's your opinion people who was right

In fact Batman didn't kill the Joker, he just made himself sure Joker wasn't able to escape. If Joker wasn't trying to fly away so hard, he could have saved himself. After that, it was a whole 'I don't have to save you' situation, except Batman was actually incapacitated from saving him.

The next time Kingpin kills someone because Daredevil didn't kill him first he can do some maths. Batman knew too well how corrupt Gotham's authorities were to put some dangerous criminal in jail.

Technically as El Payaso said, Batman didn't kill The Joker. Now, he played a role in the Joker's demise, but the true murderer here is whatever tard didn't bolt that gargoyle down properly.
