I think you may be onto something there.

=as in like: DA S**T !This and what he said at comic con make me think he's DS for sure.

Why, oh why are they taking forever and a day to announce this thing? I don't get it. Sign an actor and announce it, for the love of pete!

Haha good spot.Just rereading the Oath series, and saw this
This response was done before the Marvel Event, and so even during the interview he wouldn't have been officially signed on otherwise he would have be announced at the event.
What does he say about RDJ?
That accent is so hard to understand
Haha thanks.Interviewer: He has a goatee
Cumberbun: What like Robert Downey Jr, as in you know Stark
It wasn't the accent it was the fact he was mumbling it a bit, I'm English and I didn't know what he said when I first heard it.
The classic 'i know nothing' response whilst trying to hide a smile, signifying he has the role aka Rudd and Boseman

you can't go better than Cumberbatch
Both Phoenix and Leto would be better.
Phoenix got turned off by the long term commitment and now it looks like the WB might snag Leto for their Joker.
Cumberbatch is just another uninspired fan choice, and if they are to go for uninspired fan casting they might as well go with Depp.
It's gotten as bad with Jensen Ackles or Nathan Fillion when it comes to Cumberbatch.
Cumberbatch is about as uninspiring as Patrick Stewart for Professor X. Sometimes the obvious choice is the right choice, and that's why it's obvious.
