The idea is to take one character from Heroes and one from any comic book, pit them together in battle and see who you think would win. Their powers dont necessarily have to be the same, they just have to make for a badass fight.

Round 1!

Sylar

VS.

Wolverine

Wolverine would keep ripping Sylar into pieces until he gets scared and runs away. Now if he still had that metal liquifying ability then this would be a whole different story. Winner- Wolverine.

But if Sylar saw him coming he could stop him with his TK.
And will the nuclear power he can produce melt adamantium?

it would a long ass battle since both can heal. but i'll give it to Wolverine since he's the more skilled fighter.

Sylar. In addition to tk and regeneration he took the sonic power of the one guy in the bank. That is a great power against someone with sensitive hearing. Combined with the tk Wolvie would never get close.

Oh please, how would Wolverine win? He would never. Unless it's a Marvel written comic of course. Sylar would demolish him.

unless wolverine goes in straight for a massive concussive blow to the head to take him out, he can never win.

i doubt he'd get that close because sylar has supersensitive hearing so wolverine no longer has the element of surprise.

Of course Sylar, this is like pitting Charlie Brown and Jesus against each other.:o

Does Sylar even have super sensitive hearing anymore?

He doesn't. He has intuitive aptitude, telekineses, sound manipulation and clairsentience.

I wanna know where the producers supposedly said that Sylar lost all his previous powers except TK, I've searched and can't find anything and the things I have found have suggested quite the opposite.

Here.
Q: “In ‘The Second Coming,’ Sylar says to Claire, ‘You see, I lost everything that made me special. Does Sylar mean that he permanently lost all of his acquired powers except for telekinesis? Has his slate of powers been ‘wiped clean’ and does he have to start all over again? If so, then by the end of ‘The Butterfly Effect,’ it appears that he only has his telekinesis power, Claire's healing and regeneration power, and Bob's power to turn things to gold. Or am I reading into things?”
A: Nope that’s right. Sylar’s starting over. Getting a whole new slate of powers as he goes. You can count Jesse’s voice powers into the mix as well.
So in the present, Sylar has intuitive aptitude, telekinesis, regeneration, alchemy, clairsentience, and sound manipulation.

I think Sylar would win provided he knew what was going on. He could hold Wolverine in place with telekinesis and then turn him into solid gold.

Ok I can see how he can win IF he knew what was going on. If not, then with one charge Wolverine takes him down. Then again, I think that Sylar would be too interested to see how his brain worked to do anything else combat wise.

Sylar used his superhearing to hear when noah wanted the vortex guy to kill him also in the future sylar still have the radioactive powers.... I think sylar would nuke him

Sylar could transmute Wolvie's adamantium to gold though. Or possibly to something more toxic like mercury. Wolvie can't do him any lasting harm and like Claire he doesn't seem to feel pain.

I don't think he used his superhearing. He merely figured it out by watching their actions. Sylar could transmute his adamantium skeleton to gold but that would be assuming that Sylar knew he had an adamantium skeleton.

Wolverine is a professional killer, soldier, hunter of bad guys and all around bad ass, Sylar has a lot of powers but none of the training.
Wolverine would win hands down.

I understand that Sylar lost his acquired powers when he lost his abilities. And I understand the ones he got since he got his own abilities back. But how did he get his Telekinesis back? It doesn't make sense that he would maintain just one.

If I read each post right, they're both tied at 6.

O and another thing someone said that sylar wouldn't know that wolvie had adamantium....that's not true.... if sylar touches him he would kno his history and would know about the adamantium.

But does Clairsentience apply to people? I though it was just objects...
