Who would you cast as Captain Marvel?

Definately the red suit. You gotta stay true to Cap as the lead character. You can mess around with CMJ3 and Mary's a bit as their's have changed more than his. One thing everybody knows is that Hollywood will not recreate the original uni(the classic one button tunic like in the Tom Tyler serial). You could have Shazam the Wizard in a robe that has the gold bolt, sash and trim....

Yeah, I figured some people would probably feel that way, but for me personally:

Long Capes > Short Capes

I know he’s not bald, and the picture I had to use was of fairly low quality so I did the best I could, but I think it came out pretty good.

It does take the strength of Hercules to keep from hurling after seeing this pic. Looks like he was on the Nicole Ritchie diet plan. Not the best choice of pics to use. Either way, I just can't see him as Cap.

I'm glad someone found a picture of Noah Gray-Cabey to post.
I thought waaayyyyy back in this thread that he would be perfect for Billy Batson with Dwayne Johnson (Da Rock) as the Big Red Cheese.
I'd also like to see Omar Shariff as the wizard Shazam.
(I'd also like to see my original idea/story done in the Sky Captain/300 style. Realistic Comic-booky.)
If I thought there were serious intentions of doing a Cap'n Marvel movie, I'd write a spec script and submit it. If for nothing else than to have it bought and buried like that WW script that WB bought to avoid future conflict litigation. It's almost like getting a settlement from just threatening to sue, just so they don't have to deal with it. What a racket.
Still, I'm glad we've got this much.
Anyone got the pics and the skill with Photoshop to put Noah and the Rock into that great Alex Ross image of the transformation?
Done right, that would sell this to a lot of people.
(Then again, there are those that think the Captain and Billy (wasn't that a singing group?) should be as waspy white as you can make them.)
