Who's more responsible for Mavels Sucsess? Jack Kirby or Stan Lee

Eventhough I love Stan Lee, the more I read about Jack Kirby, the more I think he's responsible for Marvels sucsess. Am I wrong in this assesmment? Please correct me if I am. And please provide detailed examples if you think Lee is more responsible.

The holiday is based on a pagan mid winter festival, biblical scholars and just general people in the know have decided that if Jesus existed he would of been born mid October. what else you got?
