9. Oh, how terrible for Green Arrow to know martial arts. Gosh, they've bastardized the character. I can never read DC comics again. I would much prefer to read Marvel comics, because even though they have no continuity and rely on cheap hero-vs.-hero gimmicks, at least they didn't give Green Arrow martial arts abilities...

Except, she had no other choice and Max was a sleez on every level even before DC turned him into Dr. Evil. Diana comes from a culture where you don't feel bad about killing if you were justified in doing so. Really, she's quite tame compared to most Amazons.

Black Canary is not an original founding member of the JLA. The JLA had been around for 10 years or more before she joined. Her being a founding member came about sometime after the Crisis and a reboot. This was more than 25 years after the JLA was created.

Hector Hall was a special case, being mystical in nature and having experience in manipulating the energies of the universe when Brute and Glod turned him into a pale immitation of Dream of Th Endless. Ralph seems like he's on something simnilar to a walkabout. A quest to truely understand himself and the world around him, thus making him worthy of the mantel of Dr. Fate.
