Mine's the Joker. Nicholson played the part perfectly imo.

I loved Scarecrow. He may not have been a major villain but I really enjoyed him.

Tie between Scarecrow and Ra's for me. Due to their rather limited screentime, they don't shine as well as they could, but they were still both fantastic.

It's hard to praise Begins without mentioning Neeson's performance, it was brilliant. We'd all want him and scarecrow to have more screentime of course, but a movie can only run so long and keep the focus on Batman

The Joker. I'd say Catwoman, but I also don't see her as a villian.

its neck to neck between Joker or Scarecrow

Ra's al Ghul. His character depth and purpose.

And, I'm sorry, but The Joker still just looks like Jack Nicholson in makeup. I've never enamored with that performance, as everyone else has.

I really really really wanted to vote for Cillian Murphy's Scarecrow - IMO it was far better than anything I had read in the comics or seen on BTAS. I have to go with Ra's though simply for the fact that everything about Neeson's performance was perfect.

In no order, Joker, Penguin, Ra's, Catwoman and to some extent Carrey's Riddler. The rest's crap.

Can't decide just one.

My favorite two villians of the old Bat-franchise were Joker and Mr. Freeze. Arnold did a very good job with the role and was if it wasnt for the horrible one liners, would of been a very faithful TAS Mr. Freeze.

Scarecrow is my favorate. Joker ( Nicholson Batman 89) a very close second.

Can't believe no-one has mentioned the Penguin - DeVito and Burton IMPROVED the character. He invited both disgust and sympathy, he was truly evil but also pathetic and worthy of pity. Amazing character.

Well, Nicholson was great, but it wasn't that Joker, which I wanted to see on screen.

Anyway, voted for Joker

I mentioned and the filmic version I love it more than the rest i think. And of course much more than the comic version.

Ra's > Joker > Penguin > Catwoman > Scarecrow > Riddler > Poison Ivy > Mr. Freeze > Two-Face > Bane

Joker. Nicholson diserved some sorta award for that. He was unrealisticly perfect. ok, not perfect, but great.
