And isn't it a bit funny that the boat was shored right in front of Jason's school?

Lois went into Lex's boat because she tracked down the source of the blackouts and it was the mansion. The boat happened to be shored at the mansion and not in front of Jason's school. Did you miss the part where Lois drives up to the mansion and then hears activity at the boat?

I didn't agree with Lois to bring Jason to the yatch but as a character, Lois has always been impulsive.

Because Lois Lane is a snoop....she always acts before thinking.

Thats why she always needs Superman to save her.

She was tracking down a story. A story Perry told her to drop too ;) You know how women work.

She drove from the school to the Vanderworth estate where the boat was.

I imagine she heard the music coming from the boat and wanted to check it out.

Someone must've dropped their popcorn and looked away from the screen.. :p

The real question is why didn't Lois find out who owns the estate before going out there, find out it belongs to Lex, and stay away!? (Again, she is a woman who gets into trouble, and that is why she needs Superman)

Also, why wouldn't it have made the news that Lex married that old coot before she died? I mean, come on.. a reverse Ana Nicole? That would have made the news fo' sure!

Maybe she thought P. Diddy was on the boat and had something to do with the power outage after a really banging party??

Because she wanted to see Lex in his robe. "Loith Thlane?"

So....you have never read a single Superman comic, seen a single Superman TV episode, or seen a single Superman movie before, huh?

That is what Lois does.

.....and apparently you didn't watch this movie either.....as a reporter she hunted down the starting point of the black out (The Mansion)....drove to it, and as she got out of the car, heard music coming from the yacht.

Exactly, plus she didn't know there was danger on the boat, she was just snooping around for some answers.

She went into the boat to see if the Minnesota Vikings are in another boat with more hookers. We all know what happend last time, so I assume Lois want to know who is who there. :p

Lois Lane can't even spell. She's not the sharpest tool in the shed, people!

Wasn't cool take the little one along with her, but in the end it worked out. Next time not so lucky

When you've drunk a large pop, there is only so long you can resist before you really gotta go.

It would have been better to take him someplace safe first and come back to investigate. Even if it meant taking the chance that the yacht would have sailed.

But, that's one of the things I've come to expect from movies. They sometimes do totally illogical things like this.

There was nothing that hinted that there would be any danger by checking out the ship.....or the blackout for that matter!

For all Lois knew, there was nothing sinister going on...and considering the bad rap parents get for leaving kids in the car, it was prolly a much safer decision to bring along Jason.

Safer than maybe taking the kid to her sister's house or some other close person first and then returning?

Again, how was Lois supposed to know there was any danger? For her it was probably just gonna be a quick Q&A wid the owners...
