Possibly filmed it himself. The Joker in this video never hits the pose from the poster exactly, and it's doubtful that they ever had Heath do motions like that for promotional photos. It's a good actor and the makeup's well done.

But yeah, it's actually SUPERcool, haha. Good job!

That's only the installer. I got Spanish too. Click on the buttons that seem like they would say "Yes" to you and then proceed as usual.

But if you don't want to bother, Joker comes out of some thick white mist, makes a face at us, then proceeds to write "Why So Serious?" in blood like on that famous poster, presumably on a pane of glass in front of him. Once he's finished, he sorta posts "Hm" and then smears his hand for the bloody smile at the end (it's not the same as in the poster), then backs away into the mist again. The bloody words start to drip, then after a while the mist consumes it and Joker comes out again, for a repeat.
