It just keeps being baffling how they treated Luke. For him to make such a complete 180 in character you need to build that up in a credible way, but they completely failed at that so all this just seems like a weird spoof.

Hey, let's make Infinity War where Steve Rogers doesn't give a crap about saving anyone! The reason for it? He worked for someone that turned out to be dishonest. Sure he beat a a more dire version of that situation before but making the stakes lower and having it play out off screen will definitely break the character and send him from being a hero to a bad person!

I love this scene. Shame it was cut, I'd give up a ton of wonky moments to put this back in.
