It's not that much of a problem as loads of places I like in London stay open late anyway especially after the new regulations.

So what day is the midnight showing gonna first be happening?

I'd really LOVE to go, the atmosphere would be wild!

But in some ways I'd prefer to be at the local, where as a huge fan I'm more in the minority and see the reaction of more general movie goers

It's not just teasers and tv spots. We don't get the PROGRAMMES that they accompany. That annoys me. I can't go on any of the tv program threads here because everyone else is like a season ahead and spoil the plots

The only programme we get before anyone else is Doctor Who which is cool

I'm going to have to do some serious rallying around to get people to come. I was going to compromise and go to the evening showing but now I'm determined!!

It is in my GCSE week though. I have THREE english exams that day...

Don't mess up your exams! Not only will you be tired but you'll have x3 running thru your mind and u wontbe able to concentrate.

Plus you might start to get nerves becasue of that and then not enjoy the film so much!

I'll try to see it a few times, but with atleast a week between them...I don't wanna wear it out. I do that all the time with songs, love them, anticipate them, play them over and over...and then they lose their magic.

That would never happen with X-Men. I've got and seen nearly every X-thing ever and I've never started getting bored.

But it does apply to other films.

Your eyes will need a bit of rest in between so it's probably better to go to a later showing.

At LS the midnight showing is not normally the first showing. The first one will probably be on May 26.

You can always follow up with a local showing the next day as I don't think the difference between Friday/Saturday will be as big as LS.

you do know that according to the website, we in the UK dont get X3 until the 27th?

and quit your whining I have 2 english lit papers on the 26th and 2 psychology papers on the 25th as well.

Good luck in your GSCEs anyway, I thought they were a breeze last year. I got a crazy set of grades that I wasnt expecting to get and I was really ill when I took half of them too.

I really need to start doing some revision, AS levels are a nightmare X3 is going to be my reward for not killing myself during the exams lol
