Transformers Will Optimus Prime and Megatron fight each other with melee weapons?

In the original series, When Prime and Megatron were going at it, They both generated melee weapons, There like lightsaber type weapons, One was shaped like an Axe and the other a Mace I think. They be hitting each other with them.

Doubtful IMO. With retractable arm weapons I don't really see the point.

I guess it makes a lot more sense by using there fists, That way we can see an all out brawl between the two. The funny thing is, As they throw punches at each other, Were gonna hear those sounds when you hit metal really hard, You will get those Ting! sounds.

He's seriously tough in the script. And brave. I see many geeks shedding a tear during some of his scenes.
