So, Renner(who plays Hawkeye) said Gaurdians won't be meeting Avengers in Infinity War like most expect. Which means it'll most likely just be, the Earths heroes teamed up against him.

Now if this is true my question is. Will the Earths Mightiest Heroes ever meet up with Gaurdians and other heroes like Defenders? Will they ever all team up and have a big blow out with a villain?

I think Renner was wrong and that team up will happen in Infinity War Part II. A team up is practically inevitable even if, for some reason, it doesn't happen in May 2019. Disney has already told investors it would eventually happen, iirc.

Seriously, though, they wouldn't have tied one of the Infinity Stones into the Guardians if they weren't going to be in the movie all about a purple dude getting the Infinity Stones and screwing **** up. Hell, Gamora is tied in with Thanos heavily and Drax ended up deciding Thanos is his new target at the end of GotG. My guess is that the Guardians will take the Silver Surfer role from Infinity Gauntlet and warn Earth's heroes about Thanos (and then take part inthe big climax).

In fairness, while that is certainly possible, I'd say it's equally possible that the Guardians will take part in Infinity War without actually meeting the Avengers at all (say, that Thanos is fighting people on multiple fronts). Or it's possible that only one or two of the Guardians will actually meet the Avengers.

As to the original question, I'd say as the MCU grows steadily larger it is almost inevitable that there will be one or two super crossover projects where one team of heroes meets another. But I don't think any of them will ever be so big that they include all possible heroes/teams. The Guardians may cross with the Avengers, the Avengers may cross with the Defenders, the Defenders may cross with the Secret Warriors, but there's not going to be one story where they all come together at the same time.

I just want to see the interactions

Rocket- what the hell is a hulk?

The guardians ship slowly descending on the battle with thanos while blue seude plays

Starlord- is this handicap parking only?

Same, the interactions between the team is too good to pass up in IW. It would just be extremely annoying if they had both Gaurdians and Avengers in AVENGERS: Infinity Wars and they didn't meet up. In that case why have Gaurdians at all? Why not just have one part be called Gaurdians: Infinity Wars and the other part Avengers: Infinity Wars? But even then that'd just be more of an excuse to avoid a crossover. So what I say is, either put the effort into an actual Gaurdians/Avengers crossover. Or just have the Avengers be the only team in Infinity Wars. Other wise, your just blue ballin the fans.
