Will Tom Cruise ever win an Oscar?

Will he? I don't know, he's been nominated three times and he's been in alot of good movies. I think it could happen, but it would all depend on what movie he does. With his new movie "Valkyrie" I think it's possible that that might get him the Oscar, or if not another nomination.

Vanilla Sky and Eyes Wide Shut leave no doubt in my mind that he's a great actor. As far as winning an oscar in the future is concerned, who can say? It's clear by now that talent is not the only factor that plays a part in who wins the award.

Someones religion should not be a reason why a person shouldn't get a oscar. That's like saying...if he was Muslim he shouldn't get the oscar...and so forth.

Yeah, you're probably right. Tom Cruise getting an Oscar is something all Americans should take seriously.

Hopefully. After getting passed over for Top Gun and Days of Thunder, the Academy HAS to compensate down the road. But hopefully it's for a truly deserving role.
