Witchblade... the new bearer

So Sara is pregnant (magically it seems) and gives up the Witchblade to a new bearer named Danielle. Just wondering what people think of this and if anyone thinks this will stick. I can't imagine them getting rid of such an inconic character.

Withcblade is one of those comics I'm always like "Damn, I should read some of that" and never do.

Its really good but the idea of Sara not wiedling the Witchblade anymore kinda kills it for me.

I remember watching the TV show, its was pretty bad, but highly entertaining.

I remember that that dude from Baywatch was in the Witchblade TV show. You know the dude. The blonde guy who was even more vapid than the rest of the cast?

The character on TNT's release of a live action Witchblade is Detective Jake McCartey

(Played by: David Chokachi)

They changed the name of Sara Pezzini's partner from Jake McCarthy to Jake McCartey.

Personally, I liked it when he was drawn all rugged like this:
