I liked first two X-men films. The first one holds a special place in my heart, since that was my first midnight showing ever when I was a kid, and it was a surprise. It was beautiful.
I'm hoping DOFP is just as good if not better than First Class.

Ah I know how that is. That's how it is for me with Spider-Man 1. Even though I prefer the Webb series, that Raimi/Tobey one holds special.

Random but am I was at Subway half an hour ago and they had Iron Man 3 stuff, and was looking at the mark 42, am I the only one who doesn't like the design?

I hope they change the costume again in TASM 3. Not that there's anything wrong with it in this one, but the concept of evolution in every movie is nice. Brighter red and blue, thinner belt (utility belt with Spider-light) and a Spider tracer for the third movie. Boom, the perfect Spider-Man. Thank you, come again... No, seriously, I want him in the Avengers 3.

if he's out for revenge in 3 we might see changes to the costume to reflect that perhaps.

New suit would be cool again for fun's sake. I really like this new suit though.

Yeah I wouldn't wanna see superior spider-man ever done in a movie..but that's a different discussion.

The race car battle in IM2, the armor designs in IM3, the fact that George Clooney could have been a great Bruce Wayne/Batman in B&R, the birth scenes of Sandman and Venom in Spider-Man 3, Mark Strong as Sinestro in Green Lantern.

Ahh, yes, forgot about the Superman Returns scene that I very much love. To me, it felt very emotional and something that seemed so accurate on how it should be perceived when Superman is weakened by kryptonite that it should make the viewer really worry about the guy.

Oh extremely emotional. I remember feeling so bad when I was younger, really trying hard to stay strong. I watched that scene recently and still felt the same way.
Yeah definitely agree on his weakness portrayal. Too bad that was the only action scene in the movie with the most intensity in it.

True. I just feel that overall as a movie, MOS will take the trophy. I enjoyed IM3 though. Wanted to make that clear haha.

There's scenes that I love in SM3 like the birth of Sandman and the underground subway fights. But the movie overall sucks. Superman Returns had a cool plane scene and the scene where he gets beaten up, but that sucked too.
