As far as we know, the only villain that will know Peter Parker is Spider-Man is Harry Osborn.

The Man in the Shadows probably knows, but if he is the Gentleman, then that's the whole point (for anyone who has read The Gathering of the S6 will know what I'm talking about).

I just figure he might know who Spider-Man is since Oscorp had Peter under surveillance. Its more or less just my speculation, but I don't know that for a fact.

lol. Well when you think about it, what reason does Electro have or need to know Spider-man's identity? I guess it would make it easier for him to hurt Peter by knowing but I don't think he's about that type of confrontation. IMO, He just wants to beat the hell out of Spider-man and couldn't care about who he is or where he came from...you lied to me and forgot me, now you're gonna pay.
