Vanilla coke - it's all random I believe. I'm sure I've seen it at Ralph's.

I wonder what kind of music Spidey will be listening to on his integrated MP3 mask... I hope it's NSYNC.

Dubbed version of Tower of Death is funny
Cutting the other guy face and replacing it with Bruce at certain points make it all the fun to watch, so bad it's awesome

A member on another forum I visit asked for some help. He's in a desperate situation and asked for members on that forum to spread his plee for help. If you can't donate to his cause, that's fine. Don't feel obligated. But it would be nice to get it spread around to other parts of the internet. Here's a link for those curious or interested in helping in some capacity. http://www.gofundme.com/three-families#

Edit: If this sort of thing is prohibited on this forum, I'll take it down. But I'd like to help a bit.

Watched SM1 again for the first time in a long time, and I must say I really enjoyed it. I might just like it more than SM2.

Cartoon Network? Lol same. SM1 is the only movie I really enjoy out of that series.

I saw Batman again for a long time. Didn't realize the similarities with the Nolan films.

Lol! yeah it was on Cartoon Network. I haven't watched it in so long, I actually forgot how good it actually was. I think I have to watch the whole trilogy again to see which ones my favorite out of the 3. But as of right now I think it's SM1

If there's a Spidey movie I need to see again, it's Spidey 3. The movie was a big part of my childhood and I thought it was awesome. Saw it 4 times in the summer of 07.

But then, I went on to the internet and realized that it might not be that good. I haven't seen it yet with a "monocle."

lol, yeah, count me in too. I have so much nostalgia that whenever it's on tv, I can't pass it up. It's not my favorite of the series but it's still pretty good.

Batman '89 is in my top ten. Love that film. What similarities did you find?

Well the biggest one is how both films had Joker falling off a building, even though in the latter, he was saved. When the Joker has a parade and Batman has the Batwing and he's flying towards Joker is so similar to Batman driving the Batcycle towards Joker. Joker even says, "Come at me" or "Hit me!" Joker and Vicki scenes reminded me of the Penthouse scene from TDK. B89 "Who are you?" "I'm Batman." BB "What the hell are you?" "I'm Batman."

Oh, and Gotham is so beautiful in B89. I really liked it even though it was heavily fictional and you could easily tell it was a movie set.

Same man. It's like crazy nostalgia too. Probably the strongest form of nostalgia that I can access.

SM2 has cool moments but it doesn't do it for me.

I'm probably in the same boat as Nicko and Airnick at the moment. SM1 is my favorite Raimi film. I like SM2, but I think the first movie captured more of the Spider-man spirit. TASM is my favorite out of all the Spider-man films so far. TASM2 has a very strong chance of topping it, though. :)

I remember watching SM1 for the first time in theaters and I fell asleep during it lol, I was only 3 though.

Way to make me feel old. lol I was in 5th grade when it came out. I grew up with the 90s cartoon, so the organic webbing confused me. I didn't mind, though.

Sorry about that lol. The organic webbing was okay I guess, but I'm much more of a webshooter fan like mostly everyone else I would assume.

I'm surprised with all the SM1 > SM2 in here. I mean, there are aspects of SM1 that I liked more than SM2, but SM2 is still better in my eyes.

Oh yeah, I definitely prefer webshooters. But it was easy enough to get used to and appreciate what it was.

probably going to leave the hype for the next couple of months. i just got allocated my honours supervisor, so my thesis has started in earnest. before, i was doing general research on three different areas in psychology because i didn't know who i would end up with.

i knew this day was coming, so i compensated the last week or so with a crazy level of analysis of tasm2, which has yielded some good and bad results. had to get a last hoorah in, so to speak.

does anyone know if a mod will honour a request to be IP blocked from the site for a set time period? alternatively, does anyone know if this website called "keep me out" is safe to use?

but yeah, the idea is to come back after i have seen the film. as i am seeing it relatively early, if not earlier than anyone else on the spidey boards, i wouldn't want to bail on you guys entirely.

There's an extension for Chrome called "Concentrate" you could enable for a set time limit to keep you away from sites of your choice. It's especially good for when you're trying to study.

See you when you get back, RB. Best of luck!
