Wizard 177's Top 100 Villains

Darth Vader? Pfft. Maybe in A New Hope and Empire, but everything else makes him a little *****.

And if this list does not include at least one incarnation of the Master from Doctor Who, it does not count (or if it counts Eric Roberts).

What about The Cheese from "It's Walky"?

1) THE JOKER (DC Comics)

79) Cancer Man ("X-Files")

I always preferred "The Cigarette-Smoking Man," because for some reason, it just sounded more sinister. "Cancer Man" seems like they're trying too hard.

And who's to say he didn't have perfectly healthy lungs?

That list is crap. Shouldn't have expected anything more from Wizard.

starscream above megatron

SYNDROME above MEGATRON??

the flood being the best video games enemies???

no mention of the baddest bad guy ever, lord Zedd?

I'm not a big wrestling fan these days... and Roddy Piper was a good villain, but I really think that HHH has long proven himself better than Piper. Flair too.

haha, Vader didn't even make the top ten

THE BORG?! No Cybermen, but those second-rate Cybermen rip-offs?! No Daleks?! No Master?! Who can honestly tell me Syndrome is a better villain than them. To go a bit Cult of Skaro for a mo, THE WRIT-ERS OF THIS LIST, THIS WIZ-ARD, WILL BE EX-TER-MIN-ATED! EX-TER-MIN-ATE! EX-TER-MIN-ATE!!!:cmad:

I remember when this list came out and it was crap then and its crap now and just proves what a worthless rag wizard is.

The only thing that list got right was putting the Joker at #1. The rest of it is worthless.

there are at least 4 villains there better than Joker.:o

Stupid list.

The Deliverence Hillbillies? Since when does raping Ned Beatty make you a super villian. My dog could rape Ned Beatty.

And who's to say he didn't have perfectly healthy lungs?

Wasn't he dying of cancer in the series finale?

Well, Wizard is an American magazine, and The Borg are more widely known in America than the Cybermen or the Daleks. That beings said, The Cybermen and The Daleks, especially the Cult of Skaro and the Dalek Emperor, should have been on the list. And The Master most definately should have. After watching The Sound of Drums, he is now officially one of my favorite villains of all time.

America or not they have Godzilla and that was japanese..but of course it's wizard so its probably the Devlin/Emmerich piece of crap Godzilla.

No Annihilus??? I respect the Joker choice though, but Annihilus has a TWO-UNIVERSE bodycount! That should at least warrant the top 20

Annihilus was a pretty crappy villain until Annihilation, though.

I respect the Joker at #1. Dr. Doom should obviously be #2, though. Or possibly #1 and 1/2.

no mention of the baddest bad guy ever, lord Zedd?

I see you never read Smoke Manmuscle, P.I.
