Personally I like the idea of trying to expel the curse out of him with the religious views on the side. Like the priest convinces the lawmen to torture him that way. It may not go this way but it's what I always thought.

Great trailer. Showed a little too much money shots and action but damned if I'm not excited. I just want them to release the CC trailer. Still the best one.

Let´s not forget delays don´t always mean a movie sucks. A moie can be delayed for a number of reasons, like long post-production and stuff. Just Benicio and Hopkins´ performances, the mood and atmosphere and the make-up work look to be at least worthy the ticket price.

Well, don't blame Rick Baker, he wanted to use modern physical SPFX techniques (like he did in AWIL) instead of this "meh" CG for the transformations.

Uh, Del Toro's character moves to America in the events before the film because of family issues. And I would suspect the accent to change. Oh, and didn't Chaney have an American accent in the original.

ok so there is an explanation good. he must have stayed in america for a long time though. it seemed wierd with everyone sounding english except him. i've never seen the original though so i dont know how he sounded.

I really love the look and feel of that trailer, the movie looks suitable dark and eerie in some scene's, I hope the delay's havent had too much effect on the movie because this trailer looks great.

it looks i was wrong. this is the same song from the trailer. but it looks like its inspired by the other music .

Well, congrats to Rick Baker for AWIL. That one scene is still impressive today. As for this film's effects, some just aren't doing it for me. The shots of the wolf man on top of a building in London, or wherever it's set, and Lawrence on top of the cliff near the beginning are bad -- the lighting looks off. As for the transformation scenes and the shots near the end in which the wolf man charges at a few guys -- they look no better than some of the cartoonish cgi shots in the Spider-Man films. Though, everything else is superb.
