I liked the first one too - as does my dad, he got it for Christmas and it was the first movie he watched on his new TV. I'm just hoping this one is a bit longer and has a stronger script and some better special effects.

I thought it was on it was as good as X-men 3. Which was under X-men, and far below X2. But I really like the X-men movies. I look forward to First Class and this one. I don't expect anything special from this movie, but I hope it's GREAT!

I wish Singer would do this. At least he knows how to direct Jackman and would make it more story driven instead of some popcorn movie.

I will admit, that Jackman seems to be better under singer, but he's still very good at the character, he just needs a good script and good direction.

At this point, I'm much more interested in First Class. Wolverine 2 will have to be better than its predecessor for me to really enjoy it. They need a fresh, solid story and a better nemesis. Hopefully, the Japan storyline can provide just that.

That's what I'm hoping. From my understanding the Japan story is great, and mostly unknown to the audience. It's new, where as everyone knew what was going to happen in Wolverine 1. A movie is as good as the material they use, partially, and with better material, let's hope they make a better film.

Nah, the weakest X-Movie is Last Stand!

Wolverine is in the same place of the first X-Men.

Hope that this new Wolverine's movie will be better.

I just Hope this means with Wolverine 2 coming out In 2012 Fox doesn't try to pressure Bryan Singer to have First Class out In 2011.The first X-men would have been even better
with a better budget not to mention he had to rush to finish It 6 months earlier than planned.And let not forget the rush job to Beat Superman Returns to theatres that was
The Last Stand.If no rush It certainly appears Wolverine 2 will be out In 2012,where the so far biggest competion will Be The Avengers and The next Star Trek Film,and First Class
coming In 2013.

Things to take from Origins...

Don't make Wolverine a *****. Who is DEFINITELY not the best at what he does. Wade and Creed were better than him by a country mile in the killing stakes.

Don't have him shout at the sky more than... well just don't ****in do it ok?

Don't use CGI for his claws.

Actually have some blood.

Yeah, at this point I am more interested in First Class at the moment, but I still have some interest in Wolverine 2, I just hope its better than Origins, which, while it was better than X-Men 3, otherwise just wasnt good enough for me.

Indeed. X1 has the best Wolverine of all four movies. In Origins he was almost a WINO.

That's your opinion. I thought it was much better than X3. At least I remembered the plot after watching it (something I can't really say about X3).
