Thanks, Dr. Fate! And Mistress Gluon, i might actually consider your babbling as an actual opinion if you gave some reasons as to why you don't like Donna, apart from just saying "she sucks". Personally, i think she has an incredible amount of strength, integrity, and perseverance. But she balances that with kindness and wisdom, I think she truly is a wonderful heroine, and a great friend and ally to everyone she cares about. That's my opinion. If anyone disagrees, that's fine, I just like them to disagree intelligently.

Wonder Girl/Donna Troy was the best editorial mistake DC has ever made.

Quite possibly the most underutilized of the original Teen Titans. Infinite Crisis did a fairly good job of giving her a purpose in the DCU, let's hope one year later they can do a little bit more for her.

And speaking of the original Titans, they need to bring back Wally West so they can have a one year later reunion.

My problem with Donna is that writers don´t know what to do with her.
They should stick to their guns instead of jumping from "interpretation" to "interpretation".

Make up your minds already!

Say that she´s an android made out of cheese by walrus-like aliens from Betelgeuse and animated by the soul of a lesbian hoplite if you want but stick to it.

But I babble long and often about tons of things, and then answer things in long intelligent fashions in tons of others. I only give reasons for things that afflict others than myself, otherwise they are just personal opinions. So consider things how you like, or do not. I really do not really need to justify why I do not like Donna Troy to anybody. Really, I do not even have to disagree intelligently, or even in some nonintelligent faction, as you probably would not agree with me at all, making the entire point moot, as things about her bug me, and probably would not bug you.

In all truth, it would not even make sense to say why you do not like your character is some long objective way, when it really is all about a personal opinion.

Except Hal, everybody should hate Hal.


Though if you really, truly desire one of my reasons. Simple. She is a ****e.

I'm simply not attracted to ****es. It was my primary appeal to the original Wonder Woman. Here was a dynamite femme I would've definitely switched sides for, one that was moral, strong, and very importantly, not just some loose **** whom I was likely to catch a disease from. Or it could just be I hold my potential partners to very high requirements. Either way. Personal opinion stuff.

Someone even made a thread about it once, how I didn't like Starfire.

I can understand Starfire getting around. She's an alien and they don't have the same silly hang ups that humans do about such things. It's a cultural thing with her.

I'm not all that up on Donna's history. While I don't hate her, I don't love the character either. I don't hate any character. There are those I enjoy, and those i'm just meh about. So, what exactly is it that Donna has done over the years that would award her the dreaded W moniker?
