Forget about the TV show. It's done. No need to bring it up every week. We should talk more about movie casting, costume ideas, and potential storylines. Instead of going back and forth about Thor or the dead TV show. Maybe get a new poll


That being said I dont have a top choice for Diana. But if I had to pick one based on looks I would say Taylor Cole

With Catherine Zeta Jones being Hippolyta

Jake Gyllenhaal as Steve Trevor

and Clive Owen or Daniel Craig as Ares

I dont know much about Coles acting but Ive always liked her for Diana based on looks. To me, shes is by far one of the hardest characters to cast. I still odnt have that one person id really want.

I love some Wonder Woman but I don't think this film will ever get made and if it does get made be successful or good.

Agreed Cole just has that look I want for Wonder Woman.

But as you said she's really hard to cast.

I dont think so. I dont think it matters

He's good at playing cocky. He's good at being funny. He's a good actor period. Plus hes a more established name.

The belt is what looks off to me, chnage that and I think it is a pretty good costume.

Palicki looks really good as Wonder Woman, but the costume is still horrible. Even though it is far more faithful to the comics, it still suffers from the same problem that plagued the other versions of the costume: it looks way too damn cheap.

Given that Amazons are immortal, Hippolyta should look the same age as an adult Diana.

I think they should just do the current Wonder Woman outfit. Use the right material and that wont look cheap. The regular costume just can't be taken seriously.

Never heard of that character. looked her up and Benning would be good for that too.

I really hope to god if they put Trevor in they don't do that sterotypical fighter pilot routine personality.

Yeah those a good (bad) ones. I cant really think about how they can fix that one. Because when Diana deflects bullets with her bracelet it implies that if a bullet hits her it would affect her like it would affect a regular human. But then she can take hits from Ares, Cheetah, etc. I think that's going to be one of those things they wont be able to fix without probably having her not use her bracelets, which is an iconic thing about the character

In terms of strength level, I cant really think how to fix that either. In the comics she's in the same class as Supes, but I dont know how they can show that in the movie.
