Certain Wonder Woman 'moments' are a given: Super Strength... Bullet-Deflecting... Lasso-Wielding... Themyscira... Queen Hippolyla!

However, what else would you like to see SEASON 1 make reference to?

I also hope will have some visits from other Amazones. Espacially her mother - Hyppolita and Artemis(and not just once)

Goddesses giving life to Diana.

I hope the series touches upon the more mythological aspects of the character (IF it gets picked up for an entire season that is).

I'd also like to see the invisible jet replace the fleet of multi-coloured flying BMWs, the battle armour and possibly the introduction of Cassie as a "fan" of Wonder Woman.

Yes, I hope they explore a lot of the Amazon side of the story.

The invisible jet would be good if they explained it properly (unlike the animated movie), whichever explanation they choose.

Well, this obviously isn't much of a pool, but it does warm my heart to see even the smallest bit of love for the invisible jet (which, surprisingly, a lot of people don't like) and throwing the tiara

Does there have to be a costume? I mean, can't she fight crime naked? :csad:

Hmmm hard to choose. I am sure we will get a bunch.

THE CONTEST. I hope we get to see it. I know we won't, this is not going to be an origin story, but one can wish right? :)

Well we are done to get some flashback stuff. Even if its not in pilot can always be touched upon in series.

Oh and... maybe it's a nit-pick, but I'd expect her to utter "Great Hera..." at least at some point. Maybe under her breath, instead of shouting it out.

It wouldn't be Diana either if she didn't have at least one moment of being confidently out of place. :D

Somehow I think we'll be seeing an arc that shows how she got the jet. Maybe an entire episode devoted to it, they may or may not use that story about the blind aliens , but I can't imagine a Wonder Woman without making an effort to include the jet.

The Greeks fought nekkid :awesome: But NO. She needs a costume. Stop construing things in my head.

Just watched a new clip of Wonder Woman running through the streets...she looks great. I'm even more excited now to see her perform some Wonder Woman specific feats!!!

One of the questions seems to be answered *SPOILER*:

I'm not too fussed about that... the spin never made much sense to me. What kinda superpower IS that and how did she do it? Did she transform her clothes on a molecular level? Hyper stripping/dressing power? And where did she hide her normal clothes?? It always seemed like a bit of a shortcut.

I would rather she either wore her costume under her everyday outfit or, like Batman, just get changed into the damn thing like a normal person lol!

I would love, love, LOVE a flashback episode which shows her in her iconic outfit and Paradise Island...

Maybe an episode which shows how she became Wonder Woman with the contest and everything... it doesn't even have to be an entire episode, just a scene :-)

I know what you mean. It is a bit confusing, incl. that whole "the belt gives you powers" part the show added. It's all a bit unclear.

That would be cool.

I wish I didn't look into things so much... I wish she could spin and change clothes and have that be it! But I always need to know how/why etc lol! There HAS to be an explanation otherwise I just think it's lazy writing.

It's like in the first Fantastic Four movie... it was a piece of crap with SO many issues but I came out wondering how on earth Reed's clothes seemed to stretch with the rest of him on the bridge scene!

That's actually a good question. Maybe the clothes were affected by the rays too!

When I was a kid, I still remember being puzzled by the suit change. Early on, she had the clothes in her arms after the spin, then later they disappeared after the flash of light. I don't know...I think the explanation is "magic"!

No no no! Cause he wasn't wearing those clothes when he got hit by the rays!! ARGH! It's a goof and I don't like it! (See! I'm nuts!)

If they say it's "magic" then even that would be enough for me... as long as there's some acknowledgement! Like, let's say she DOES do the spin and someone sees, I'd like them to go "WOW! How'd you do THAT?!" and maybe WW says cheekily, "Magic!" and off she goes...

Not to be too detailed lol!

No, you're right. It should be explained.

WW should've kept the magic belt on all the time, though. Would've saved * a lot* of hassle.

I LOVE the ambiguity of the term, "Magic Belt"... pretty much gives you the freedom to do ANYTHING lol!

I can't wait to see her save a child like this.

Nah, it's no stranger than Bruce and Dick sliding down those firemen poles and magically changing into the Dynamic Duo, or Superman blurring into his costume. I know we don't need to see the spin, but I don't criticise it that much :)

*sigh* if only. I don't think we'll ever get a good look into Paradise Island until much, much later (if there is a later). I'd have loved to see a full-fledged origin tale, but sadly I think most of it will be sidelined. Don't know why though. The Contest is a big part of WW's history, but somehow it seems as though we won't be getting into it.

Curious though, what do you mean by her 'iconic outfit'? What we have right now is the iconic outfit, redesigned a bit, but it's still the classic regalia. Don't think we'll be getting the Lynda Carter costume (or that we need it to be honest).

I do have an issue with the way the corset clings to Adrienne though, it's almost as if it wasn't tailored for her. It should be.

By "iconic" I meant the one that everyone thinks of when you say "Wonder Woman"...

I know the new costume is a variation on it and the basics are all there, but it will never be the first "version" of the costume that springs to mind when you think "Wonder Woman"... same goes for the 2010 costume.

Mind you, the new photo from the pilot that was released showing Diana holding the doll shows that she MUST have at one time worn the above costume! I wonder if she'll make reference to her costume change as an "in joke"?

The script reviews said that the original costume is hanging in WW's closet at home.
