5.35 % fixed interest rate over 5 years!!! w00t... I am currently on a .4 off prime rate mortgage. ( which is a little higher) But since I have maintained a prefect repaymant schedule, I was offered the above rate! Teh current lowest renewal rate I have seen is 5.25%.

w00t... and I did it all myself..... never even needed to consult with my mortgage broker.
