World War Hulk: The Trailer

That was really poorly done. For shame.:down

Its lack of taste to go from WW1 to WWH.

This is a comic Marvel, a comic.

When they posted that at Newsarama, the posters were united in a mass "guh?" It really is pointless. The least they could've done is stuck a "Hulk smash!" sound clip on it instead of leaving it completely soundless. :o

Well... that was pointless. I hope someone wasn't paid to make that.

Yeah I thought it was my lame speakers at first, but no, it just doesn't have any sound.

Excited for this, can't say the same about the trailer.

The trailer sucks, and i still don't understand what the premise is about. Is this story of the hulk's revenge on the illuminati?

It goes way beyond revenge on the Illuminati. He takes it out on everyone.

Version I watched had music too, generic as it was :). Anyway are those actual pics of it? Saw an updated looking pic of Hulk vs. Wendigo vs. Wolverine, and another that looked like an in comic version of that cover that had Hulk reflected in Wolverine's claws. Also saw him ripping some armor and wires apart and a surprised looking Tony, so hopefully that's a hell of a fight.

I'm looking forward to it I just wish they weren't hyping it before CW's even over.

Wow, so even after Civil War, they'll keep the marvel in figting goin with another huge, poorly executed, cross over! yeah marketing! We'll respond to all the fans critisizm by ignoring it!

No, I mean it does make sense. Of course a creature who's main motivation is anger would want revenge on those jerks. But it'll turn into, Ironman and Mr. Fantastic and the whole lot selling each other out for survival. And Spidey will have to step in and save them all!

For a groupd of people that are soo smart they are supposed to see the future, they miss a lot of really big obvious problems with the things they do.

yeah good music! Bad idea, but good music.

What will be next? Milky Way War 1?

I'm just really hoping that after the events if Civil War (which should change many relationships within the hero community) that World War Hulk is their way of bringing it back to the status quo. The last I will want to see is Cap and Iron Man still bickering, but then Hulk shows and and they decide to put their differences on hold and fight together. Anf then after the battle, they recognize how important their friedship is to each other or some crap and Civil War is basically forgotten. If this happens, i will weep.

wow right up there with the Transformers teaser

I love how it was just pics from random issues of Hulk fighting heroes. Is there even any actual WWH art done yet? Marvel really needs to stop making these "teasers." There has yet to be a single one worth looking at.

I disagree. I thought the Civil War trailer was VERY cool.

I just hope Hulk is not made into a villain here...
Nah, the Hulk's justified in his actions. He's fairly simple-minded and the Illuminati wronged him. How would a child take out his frustrations on people who've wronged him? By hitting them. Same logic with the Hulk's actions here.

I'm actually curious to see what'll happen if the Hulk encounters the Sentry during his rampage.

One thing I've been wondering is where is Banner in all this and Planet Hulk? Is it just because The Hulk is so angry, vengeful and persistant that he stays in control?

Probably. I haven't been reading Planet Hulk, so I don't know for sure, but I imagine Banner's probably as pissed as the Hulk about getting shuffled off into space because he's inconvenient for the Illuminati.

Banner appeared in the Recent Giant-Size Hulk #1.
