Well he certainly wins "Most dead" hands down. I remember seeing a comic while all these comic book characters were in heaven being send back to life... Jason Todd, Bucky, and Uncle Ben tried to dress up as Phoenix so he too could come back to life... Anyone got a link to that strip?

Actually, GA isn't a HORRIBLE father, he made mistakes with Speedy's addiction and not telling Conner he's his biological father, but he does good with his kids now...it's the women that's his problem now...

I'll give Ollie this: he does a good job with the kids he raises. Sure, Roy had that drug addiction, but look at the line of work the guy's been in since childhood. It's a wonder no other sidekicks have turned to drugs (although... at least Ollie didn't get Roy killed). He pulled a Taxi Driver, and got Mia off the streets. My main problem is Conner. I could forgive him for having a long lost son (these days, what superhero doesn't?), but the fact that he was there for Conner's birth, and chose to break all ties is just horrible.
