this is something I've been thinking for awhile now, and the events that took place in "Odyssey" really got me to think about it more.
If SV's version of Clark had not gone through the experiences he had in this universe and instead lived the somewhat quiet and normal life presented for him in the Comics and other media portrayals, where Jor-el wasn't presented as a menace for Clark, and where Clark didn't feel like he was being forced to become a hero along with not meeting Lex and there never having been the tragic meteor shower like the way they presented it....
would Clark still have become Superman? I mean if all the events listed above never happened, then his parents would still be with each other in the farm, Lana wouldn't have become so..."complex", and Clark wouldn't have to worry about so many other stuff.
Your thoughts?
