Powers-- Able to manipulate his weight to be less by fighting the gravity of Earth. While his body stays the same, his weight can be as if he was on the moon.

Here is more info on the character. Waldo is a mutant born in the US and is 25 years old. He's been a policeman for 4 years now. He works the night shift with his partner, Jackie Jackson.


The night was like any other night in the large city. The streets were busy as usual, filled with all kinds of excitement and bizarre happenings that a policeman knew to expect in a such a city. The unexpected was to be expected.
Waldo and his partner Jackie, patrolled the worst part of the city, where many did not dare to go into.

“You mind if I drive next time?” asked Jackie smiling.

Waldo is a mutant, but who knows maybe he's not. Everybody feel free to continue the story.

“All units, All units we got a report of a minor disturbance on First and third avenue.” interrupted the police radio.
“That is near hear.” Said Jackie.
“Yes, Hold on!” Said Waldo. He hit the gas and the lights on top of the car flipped on.
“Breaker niner, we are on our way.” said Jackie.
The car raced through the night. The traffic wasn’t much in this part of the city as they made some turns that led to the deserted street where the disturbance had occurred.
“Description of the suspect was 5’3, a boy wearing a green shirt.” said Jackie.
“There,” said Waldo, “I see him.”
The boy was walking in a hurry, but then began to run when he saw the police car. Waldo stepped on the gas to catch up, but the kid jumped over a fence near a house.
Waldo pressed the brakes and the car slid to a stop. Jackie jumped out of the car chasing the kid. The kid went around the house.
“Darn that kid is fast” thought Jackie as he went over the fence.
“We have the suspect in sight,” said Waldo, “He’s on the run.” Waldo started to run, changing his weight slightly enough to jump over the fence with ease.

His weight reached the weight he would be on mars and began to feel lighter and faster.
Jackie had kept up behind the suspect as they ran back on to the street.
The kid was fast and skinny, and had more energy than Jackie. Jackie was beginning to fall behind. The kid looked back feeling great about himself. He was getting away!
