-Bruno Sammartino will be a playable character according to Amazon.com
-The Audio and Commentary system will be vastly improved(According to tweets by playtesters and Amazon.com)
-Jim Ross has done voice work for the game.
-There might be a next-gen release But Wii U is confirmed not to be considered in either case.

-There has been playtesters and the reactions/impressions are very positive,I know one of the persons on different forums who constantly bashes THQ&the last few WWE games But is impressed and he thought he'd the toughest critic But really dug it.​

I'm skipping this until 2k15 releases. They're more or less finishing what Yukes already did. I didn't own the last WWE game, but even though it had Attitude Era, that alone wasn't worth how crappy the game is.

Yukes will be involved for 2K15 and 2K will probably have some influence on 14 as I doubt they'd want to have a bad start and just a THQ/Yukes game with their name in the credits,THQ was mostly the problem anyway and not Yukes.

I think 2K14 will be good But I do believe 2K15 will be even way better as THQ had confirmed last year that Yukes&them were working on a new engine for next-gen in two years time..Which would be WWE'15/now 2K15

You'll be skipping this and so not even renting/borrowing it?

All I want is a decent working actually interactive career mode. Sorry to anyone who enjoyed it but universe mode sucks hard

It's sad that a older ps2 game has a more interesting and better career mode

With 2K involved I wouldn't be surprised IF Road to Wrestlemania or GM Mode returned,As for Universe Mode..I'd love for Story Creator to be merged with it!!

Personally though I want a career mode with RPG elements where you take a created character and go from an NXT stand out to headlining Wrestlemania.

I think they should combine Universe and GM mode.With the best elements together you could have one killer mode.I really hope they don't just get rid of it since I really like the mode,it just needs some tweaking.

I forget which SmackDown it was but I had a career mode that stretched into like 2015...this is from when I was in high school.

No Mercy...To this date is STILL the best Wrestling game, IMHO. Wrestlemania 2000 is a close second.

I owned almost every wrestling game on the N64,and man I really miss AKI so much right now.I really wish there were more companies making wrestling games right now,just for the sake of variety.

I always thought No Mercy was great..But overrated,The best wrestling game to me was WCW/nWo:Revenge..Until Smackdown:Shut Your Mouth.

After that then it was Here Comes The Pain/Day of Reckoning 2/SvR2006/SvR2007 and All Stars.

I think WWE'13 is an overall great game and the best in the franchise since 2007 But it's held back by the bugs&glitches.

Hopefully 2K does proper bug testing than THQ ever did.

No Mercy, IMHO, beats them all due to the creative aspect. I've yet to see a wrestling game since where you could actually edit the appearance of the in game wrestlers. Hogan turned bag again? Change his entire look to Hollywood, etc.

The mods that are out for the ROM on PC right now are also crazy...Daniel Bryan for example has everything you could ever imagine DB to have. Move, Titantron, and look wise.

What did you expect?,The game was already a few months in production when Take2/2K came in to the scene,There will probably just be a small 2K influence and 2K15 being the real start.

I wonder IF we can do finishers on two people beside's the shell shock some how,Double Attitude Adjustment/Samoan Drop/Chokeslam/etc

The August issue of WWE magazine announces Ultimate Warrior as a pre-order/DLC character!

Interesting and a fresh new legend as he has never been in the franchise(almost was in HCTP but got removed),I hope he's GameStop exclusive or they are one of the participating places since I already pre ordered there and will be getting Battlefield 4 there,So when I go at midnight on the 29th for BF4 I can pick up WWE2K14 too!

I also really hope we can edit every single logo and part of Warrior's attire in threads mode!
