I for one am a huge X games fan, and yes I'll admit that seeing all those crashes are awesome, but seeing all of the amazing acrobatic stunts these athletes do certainly outweighs them!!

...also the 2007 Summer X Games start on August 2-5 on ESPN and ABC.

me, i could care less. x games are ruining all things competitive. do not support them, if you do, we will be seeing the death of football, basketball, baseball, and hockey (which might already be dead). extreme sports are a form of selfishness, its all about me me me, not about the team or the greater good. i hope there are a record number of broken bones, thats the only way i would watch it.

please join me in my personal boycott of all things x games.

Don't get me wrong i am a huge sports fan all around. football for one is my #1 favorite sport, I have real passion for college football. Sorry about how you feel Ahab, but I completely disagree with you and the gun comment was a little overboard. I love skateboarding and surfing, and your idea of extreme sports alike, well it's just wrong man.

Skateboarding (or other so called extremesports) selfish? Not with you on that mate, there are numerous other sports that are merited on individual effort.
