Not familiar with her myself, but a quick scan of bios shows she's mainly been affiliated with Alpha Flight stuff.

exactly, and all pixie has is an ity bity soul dagger, so why focus her attack on her for that lil butter knife when she can go after kurt for the whole sword, since that is what she wants?

Pixie took the sword from Kurt in the last issue, hence why she has two swords, which is why Illyana is going after her in this.

She was focusing on Pixie because she was holding the soul sword. Don't you notice Pixie holding two blades in the previews?

In all fairness, one is a teenage girl that's been turned into a soulless demon, and the other is her older brother who until recently thought his entire family was dead.
