To be honest, I'd much rather The Spectacular Spider-Man return and continue, but I know that's a pipe dream.I really hope this is Successful so we can get Spider-Man 98.
Dodd's original Wolverine is iconic, but it also isn't detrimental for Logan to sound a little older and weathered. Dude is over 100 years old after all. He had his moments when he captured that old sound as well.My only gripe is that, while it's cool they brought the old cast back, you can definitely tell their ages with some characters and it's a bit off.

I was surprised by George Buza because he hasn't really been able to hit the cadence and inflections in the lead up to the revival during YouTube interviews etc. when asked to do Beast lines. Shows what I know. Direction and superior microphones can make all the difference.Yeah... the only ones who truly didn't miss a beat were Storm, Beast and X-Cutioner (played by OG Cable).
Jennifer Hale has been in the game for years and I know she's not the original VA for Jean, but she still sounds good.

I love me my Commander Shepard in anything she does.Yeah... the only ones who truly didn't miss a beat were Storm, Beast and X-Cutioner (played by OG Cable).

That "Skip intro" button on Disney Plus has never been more irrelevant. This was basically my X-Men growing up. As a 90's kid, this show defined my X-Men fandom and made every Saturday morning an event. It was everything.
X-Men '97 doesn't miss a step. I don't know how kids today will respond to it but for us 90's kids, this is everything. God, that intro/theme still gets to me.![]()
