I dont know if there's a thread for this already, but does anyone know if any of the people who were in X-Men have a myspace? I'm not too familiar with myspace but I did recently find out that Dania Ramirez (Callisto) has one. www.myspace.com/daniaramirez check it out it looks pretty legit, im not entirely sure its really her though. But look at the pics...Anyways who else has one?

I saw a Famke one once, seemed legit, but thousands of people were asking why she didnt put candid pics, she said nobody needed to believe her or something, if they didnt believe just didnt bother to post or visit her page. She said she prefers her promo pics because those are the ones in which she looks best.

Halle would never use that Catwoman picture if she had any sense at all, it's fake and that person didn't try that hard at all. I doubt any stars would make a MySpace account, it'd just ruin their privacy all together and invite hackers to..hack them. (I don't know what they could be able to do but it'd be bad, right? :P)

Why do Dane Cook and Tito Ortiz have one then? Im sure people cant do much as far as invading privacy on myspace. It seems you only show the things you want to show on myspace, and most celebs do it for publicity and promotional purposes.

It's not impossible. Some actors, musicians, and other people in the public eye do enjoy living in the public and doing normal things too, like blogs Look at Famke for example. She could be living in a fortress in a secluded neighborhood with 24/7 armed security guards and drive around in an armored limo, but is perfectly content walking around in public on the hottest day of the year wearing sharts and taking her doggie for a walk. And James doesn't mind standing in line and complaining with the rest of the fans that he can't get in to see a movie

So it's not impossible that they'd mess around on the internet as well. Lucy Lawless once talked about how she used to frequent some Xena forums but ultimately got upset not at the criticism being thrown at her but by people insisting that she was fake and that the real Lucy Lawless would never actually come online like that, so you never know

but you do have to be wary. I agree that most of the websites mentioned here are fake. I've come across a couple myself. And while I want to believe that it may be that easy to drop a line and stay in touch to your favorite celebrity, some things, if they seem too good to be true, probably are.

also, a way to know if it's fake:
If they have there bios in the about me section, they could have copied it from anywhere...ie: I'm james marsden, I'm 32 and i grew up in blah blah blah blah blah...

Jon Favreau has a myspace as well as hundreds of celebrity figures. Myspace is relatively low maintainence and easy to reach out to your fans. Yes, there are tons of those who create fake pages for attention but a good number of them are real as well. Someone should start an website about whose myspace is real lol

As the material written there actually seems typed up and not cut-and-pasted, there are candid pictures, and some of the responses to fans are in other languages such as Dutch.

i actually think the famke (fammywammy) one is real since it has her sister's on it. I've got both famkes, 2 hayden christensens, aaron stanford, shawn ashmore (which i asked aaron if he thought it was real, he said no) and daniel cudmore and ellen page. i don't think any of the james marsdens are real tho
