I've come to realize that the Lawrence/Peters magazine is basically the standard international cover. It doesn't have the "Cover 9 of 9 etc.) like collector's cover does. That's why 95% of bookstores only had that one.

Eventually i was able to get 2 covers; Xavier and Nightcrawler! Initially i wanted the Storm/Angel one but the store had already sent it back.

Also, the paper popcorn holder i got when i went to see Captain America CW had the Destroy/Defend posters on all 4 sides.

So I take it Disney/Marvel owns the merchandising rights to X-Men? Same as Spider-Man?

Yes, they do own the 100% merchandising rights for Spider-Man. For X-Men merchandises, Marvel has the right to produce them, but they'd have to share the profits with Fox if they are movie-related, and they don't feel like they have the incentive to make them right now, probably due to the strained relationship between Marvel and Fox.

Of the 7 outdoor posters that I've seen around Vancouver, 3 are Psylockes, 2 are Msytique getting choked out by Apoc and the other two are the burning X symbol.

My brother commented that maybe they're targetting the Asians with the Psylocke poster?

I love those too. I got the Cap & Ironman from Civil War. And BB8 and Chewie from Star Wars.

I don't think they did those for DOFP either so doubtful for this one
